TV Guide is the premier program guide for television in the US. In 1994, it pioneered the development of electronic television program guides with the creation of TV Guide OnScreen. In collaboration with (Colossal) Pictures, our team produced the top-tier interactive program guide for TV Guide OnScreen in 1994 and 1995. This first-of-its-kind interactive TV program guide features Brooks Cole’s hallmark interface design. We created a graphic language system of animated icons to guide the user through the selection process. Seven years later, this interface is still considered by the industry as one of the best examples of electronic program guides developed to date.
